Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of ScrubMAX Cleaning Services LLC (“ScrubMAX,” “we,” “us” or “our”) residential and commercial cleaning services, website and communications.
1. Services and estimates
ScrubMAX provides house cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialty cleaning services in Newnan, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Griffin and surrounding Georgia communities. All quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the scope discussed. Final pricing may change if the scope, condition or square footage differs materially from what was described.
2. Scheduling and access
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the home or facility, we may charge a lockout fee equal to the scheduled visit fee. Please secure pets, valuables and sensitive items before our arrival.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Recurring cleanings can be paused or rescheduled through your ScrubMAX contact with reasonable notice.
4. Payment
Payment is due as agreed in your quote or service agreement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards and approved electronic payment methods. Invoiced commercial accounts are due according to the terms stated on the invoice.
5. Satisfaction and re-cleans
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours of the visit. We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge, subject to reasonable access and scope limitations.
6. Limitation of liability
ScrubMAX is insured for general liability. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items that are not properly secured, or damage caused by defective fixtures or finishes.
7. Communication consent
By submitting a quote, contact or application form, you consent to receive emails, phone calls and text messages from ScrubMAX about your request, scheduling, service updates and occasional promotions. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or click unsubscribe in emails at any time.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
